Application Guide and Forms for the ecoENERGY Retrofit Incentive for Buildings

If applying for the incentive after April 22, 2009, you need to use version 4.4 of the guide and forms. To make sure you are using the latest versions, please refer to the important updates page.

Method 1: Read the guide

You can read the guide (without forms) on a Web page or download the PDF.

Method 2: Receive the documents and future updates

To receive the application documents automatically by e-mail, you can subscribe to the Heads Up Energy Efficiency electronic newsletter.

• Click the first checkbox to subscribe to the newsletter.
• Click the checkbox in the “Special Orders” section to receive the application document.
• Complete the required fields with your contact information.
• Hit the “Submit” button.
• You should receive the documents within a few minutes.
• Newsletters subscribers will also receive program announcements and updates in the future.

Method 3: Receive the documents without future updates

If you are already a newsletter subscriber or if you do not wish to receive future e-mails, you can enter your e-mail address here, and you will receive the documents automatically within a few minutes. The Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) does not record these addresses, so you will not receive future communications from us.
